I'm Cameron Parmer. I've been a career firefighter in Alabama for three years. Same shifts, same trucks, same crew.
SMI Agency started on my off days, running Facebook and Instagram ads for local service companies. The pattern showed up fast: the ads worked, but the jobs went to whoever answered the phone first. So I stopped selling leads and built the follow-up system around them.
